Gelcoater

Gelcoat open molded parts in accordance with job write-ups, prepare molds as necessary for gel-coating.

Prep/Finisher

Repair, scuff/sand and finish product as required and identify defects per work instructions.

Laminator

Rolling the material in the proper manner so as to minimize the presence of air in the laminate.

Trimmer

Gauge and grind parts to acceptable part thickness per applicable standard procedures and work instructions.

Assembler

Perform sub-assembly of reinforcements. Assemble Peterbilt 365/367 style hoods, clean interiors of excess bond, verify all reinforcements and hardware have been attached correctly.

Project Engineer

Oversee and offer hands on development stages for a wide range of projects, prototypes and products.
